Kastara.ID, Jakarta – Pemerintah Provinsi (Pemprov) DKI Jakarta berhasil meraih Predikat Kepatuhan Tinggi atau Zona Hijau dalam Penilaian Kepatuhan Standar Pelayanan Publik dari Ombudsman RI dengan nilai rata-rata kepatuhan sebesar 88,73.<\/p>\n

Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (PMPTSP) DKI Jakarta merupakan Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) yang berhasil mempertahankan predikat Kepatuhan Tinggi atau Zona Hijau dan mendapat nilai kepatuhan sebesar 94,47.<\/p>\n

Kepala Dinas PMPTSP DKI Jakarta, Benni Aguscandra bersyukur dapat kembali mendulang prestasi positif dengan mempertahankan Predikat Kepatuhan Tinggi atau Zona Hijau atas Penilaian Kepatuhan Standar Pelayanan Publik yang dilakukan Ombudsman RI.<\/p>\n

\u201cPenghargaan ini kami persembahkan kepada seluruh warga Jakarta yang senantiasa mendukung kami dalam menghadirkan pelayanan publik prima,” ujarnya, Kamis (21\/4).<\/p>\n

Ia menjelaskan, pihaknya masih terus melakukan pemantauan konsistensi atas penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik yang prima. Hal ini untuk memastikan warga telah mendapatkan pelayanan sesuai standar yang baik dan mempertahankan predikat Kepatuhan Tinggi.<\/p>\n

\u201cKe depan, kami akan terus melakukan pemantauan konsistensi pelayanan publik secara berkala di 316\u00a0service point<\/i>\u00a0atau Unit Pengelola PMPTSP,\u00a0termasuk Mal Pelayanan Publik,\u201d ungkapnya.<\/p>\n

Benni menilai, survei Kepatuhan Standar Pelayanan Publik dari Ombudsman ini merupakan bagian dari ikhtiar negara dalam menciptakan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Survei penilaian tersebut dilakukan untuk menilik berbagai jenis maladministrasi yang terjadi di instansi penyelenggara pelayanan publik.<\/p>\n

Misalnya ketidakjelasan prosedur, ketidakpastian jangka waktu layanan, pungli atau korupsi dan hal lain yang menjadi penghambat pertumbuhan investasi serta memicu ketidakpuasan masyarakat.<\/p>\n

Menurut Benni, penilaian kepatuhan ini dapat mendorong peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik sekaligus mencegah terjadinya maladministrasi dalam suatu instansi.<\/p>\n

\u201cKami senantiasa menjadikan amanat UU Pelayanan Publik dan tata nilai atau Kredo SETIA (Solusi, Empati, Tegas, Inovasi dan Andal) sebagai tolok ukur dalam memberikan pelayanan perizinan dan nonperizinan kepada masyarakat,\u201d ungkapnya.<\/p>\n

Benni menjelaskan, Ombudsman RI memiliki variabel penilaian terdiri dari komponen- komponen indikator yang harus dipenuhi penyelenggara pelayanan publik. Antara lain standar pelayanan, maklumat layanan, sarana dan prasarana fasilitas, pelayanan khusus pengelolaan pengaduan, penilaian kinerja, visi, misi dan motto pelayanan, atribut dan pelayanan terpadu.<\/p>\n

\u201cDalam pelaksanaan survei penilaian, Ombudsman RI memposisikan diri sebagai masyarakat pengguna layanan yang ingin mengetahui berbagai informasi layanan,” katanya.<\/p>\n

Sebagai informasi, keberhasilan meraih Predikat Kepatuhan Tinggi atau Zona Hijau membuktikan penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik Dinas PMPTSP DKI Jakarta telah memenuhi indikator penilaian Ombudsman RI.<\/p>\n
