Kastara.ID, Jakarta – Dinas Pendidikan (Disdik) DKI Jakarta menggelar Forum Konsultasi Publik (FKP) Standar Pelayanan di Auditorium Ki Hajar Dewantara, Gedung Dinas Pendidikan, Jalan Gatot Subroto, Kuningan Timur, Setiabudi.<\/div>\n

Kepala Bidang SMP dan SMA Disdik DKI Jakarta, Putoyo HS mengatakan, kegiatan ini diikuti 88 peserta dari berbagai macam unsur seperti LSM, tenaga pendidik universitas, forum kepala sekolah, forum orang tua murid, komite sekolah dan Balai Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan (BPMP).<\/p>\n

“Tujuan forum ini untuk meningkatkan pelayanan pendidikan kepada publik. Kita harus memberikan keyakinan waktu, biaya serta kecepatan pelayanan kepada publik,” ujarnya, Kamis (10\/8).<\/p>\n

Putoyo menjelaskan, dalam kegiatan kali ini tercatat ada lima materi standar pelayanan yang didiskusikan bersama. Pertama, surat keterangan pengganti ijazah untuk sekolah yang sudah tutup.<\/p>\n

Kedua, legalisasi tentang ijazah. Ketiga, layanan pindah sekolah dari luar provinsi atau dalam provinsi DKI. Keempat, layanan bagi melayani orang-orang yang pindah dari luar negeri atau internasional ke dalam negeri. Kelima pengajuan penerbitan sertifikat Program Induksi Guru Pemula (PIGP).<\/p>\n

Ia berharap, dengan adanya forum ini dapat membuat pelayanan pendidikan menjadi lebih berkualitas serta memberi kepastian layanan kepada masyarakat.<\/p>\n

“Saya imbau masyarakat yang mempunyai keluhan tentang pelayanan publik, bisa segera menghubungi kontak pengaduan kami di\u00a0website<\/i> atau media sosial kami,” ucapnya.<\/p>\n

Putoyo menambahkan, dalam memberikan pelayanan maksimal, pihaknya juga sedang melakukan digitalisasi layanan masyarakat dengan membuat Cepat Respon Masyarakat (CRM).<\/p>\n
