Kastara.id, Jakarta –\u00a0PT Honda Prospect Motor (HPM) selaku agen pemegang merek (APM) Honda di Indonesia kembali mengumumkan penarikan produk atau\u00a0recall. <\/i>HPM menyatakan komponen yang perlu diganti adalah\u00a0swithc door mirror<\/i>\u00a0Honda Odyssey dan Honda Accord untuk rentang tahun produksi 2013\u20142017.<\/p>\n

HPM mengidentifikasi sebanyak 4.711 unit beredar di Indonesia. Model yang teridentifikasi di dalam program ini meliputi 3.213 unit Honda Accord dan 1.498 unit Honda Odyssey.\u00a0Program recall<\/i> ini sebagai bagian dari kampanye global Honda Motor Co., Ltd. untuk memastikan standar keselamatan dan kualitas tertinggi pada seluruh produknya.<\/p>\n

Kampanye ini dilakukan sebagai tindakan pencegahan terhadap kemungkinan terjadinya keadaan\u00a0door mirror<\/i>\u00a0dapat menutup dengan sendirinya saat berkendara atau memarkir kendaraan, sehingga berpotensi membahayakan pengendara maupun penumpang.<\/p>\n

\u201cKampanye ini kami lakukan sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab kami kepada konsumen,\u201d kata Jonfis Fandy, Marketing and After Sales Service Director HPM dalam keterangan resminya (1\/2).<\/p>\n

Proses penggantian komponen\u00a0switch door mirror<\/i>\u00a0pada mobil konsumen yang teridentifikasi dilakukan tanpa dikenai biaya apa pun. Kampanye penggantian komponen ini akan mulai dilaksanakan pada Kamis (1\/2) di seluruh diler resmi Honda di Indonesia.<\/p>\n

Proses penggantian komponen ini berlangsung kurang lebih selama 30 menit. Namun masa perbaikan akan terus berlangsung walaupun masa kampanye telah selesai. Diharapkan konsumen dapat secepatnya menghubungi diler resmi Honda untuk melakukan perbaikan. Selain itu, diler resmi Honda juga akan mengirimkan surat pemberitahuan langsung kepada para pemilik mobil yang teridentifikasi.<\/p>\n
